Under the spiritual guidance of Lama Yeshe Rabgye, participants are guided through wellbeing practices and encouraged to explore their inner selves. Lama Yeshe Rabgye is a renowned spiritual leader who has dedicated his life to helping individuals achieve inner peace and happiness.
The monthly community kitchen provide healthy and nutritious meals that are prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The meals are designed to meet the nutritional requirements of each participant and to support their physical wellbeing.
Health camps, such as blood donor camps, physiotherapy, oral hygiene, heart check-ups, are held regularly to ensure a healthy and prosperous community. Each camp is run by an experienced doctor and appropriate medicines are given freely.
Overall, the Prajna Trust, under the guidance of Lama Yeshe Rabgye, offers a holistic approach to health and wellness that combines wellbeing, healthcare, and spiritual guidance to help individuals achieve optimal physical, mental, and spiritual health.
